We are getting ready for a trip. Today was a laundry day for me. There is something about hanging wet clothes on a clothesline to dry that just makes my heart go pitter patter. Maybe because its old fashioned... maybe its the way the clothes smell like sunshine afterward... I'm not sure exactly, but I like it.

This is my new kitchen toy, that my sweet hubby got me for my birthday. Its a beautiful red 12 inch enameled cast iron skillet. I love it. My hubby knows me SO well. Love him.

Today was a baking day- the best kind of day. 2 sandwich loaves, 3 rustic artisan french loaves, and 1 amazingly awesome pizza. It was a good day!
